We’re opening our full playbook — sharing every lesson, mistake, and strategy we’ve learned from building an organization that’s helped hundreds of entrepreneurs scale:
Welcome participants and set the tone for the day — emphasize honesty, openness, and encouragement. ·
Each attendee introduces themselves and shares:
- What’s your business?
-What’s working right now?
-What’s your biggest frustration or challenge? ·
Encourage vulnerability and authenticity — the goal is connection, not perfection. · Group activity: Identify shared themes that emerge (stress, purpose, clarity, balance).
Core Question: “What would it take for your business to thrive without draining you?
Teaching moment: Share personal stories of growing successful but exhausting businesses. ·
Explain ‘The Burnout Cycle’:
-Overworking to maintain control.
-Becoming the key person everything depends on.
-Feeling trapped, resentful, or spiritually dry.
Introduce the quote: “If your business can’t run without you, you don’t own a business — you own a job with overhead.”
Interactive Exercise: Ask each person to identify one task or role that drains them most.
Pair share: How does this area affect your joy, peace, or family life?
Core Question: “Where does your business run you instead of you running it?”
Encourage attendees to eat slowly, connect casually, and take a moment for quiet reflection.
Journaling Prompt: “If nothing changed in 12 months, what would it cost me — financially, emotionally, spiritually?”
Encourage silent time to write or meditate on the prompt. · Optional table share: Invite one insight per person, without feedback or fixing — just listening
Introduce the purpose of this exercise — rediscovering calling through clarity and connection.
Explain the Ikigai-inspired framework:
-What you love.
-What you’re great at.
-What God has called you to do.
-What you can be paid for.
Discuss how alignment between these four brings peace and purpose.
Guided Reflection: Ask each attendee to name one area in each circle where they feel strong or uncertain.
Group sharing: Create safe space — no judgment, only encouragement.
Core Question: “Where do your passion and provision meet?”
Teaching: Discusses how systematizing sales creates freedom.
Explain the sales pipeline process: Lead → Follow-up → Close → Nurture.
